Positions view dropdown listing All, Total Gains, Share Performance, Total Performance, and Greeks

The Positions Tab offers 4 table views of your current trades. You can access these by clicking on the drop-down box in the upper right of the screen. “All” combines the 4 views.

Total gains

This table view displays the Overall $ and % Gain/Loss and the Daily $ and % Gain/Loss based on the previous trading day’s results.

Total Gains view of an AXP position: Gain $ +115.00 and Gain % +58.97% to date, with Day Gain $ +55.00 and Day Gain % +40.74% compared to the previous trading day

Share performance

This table breaks down Total Gains by showing Entry Cost compared to Current Value per Share.

To get Gain %: difference of Entry-Current Price divided by Entry Price. 23/39 = .5897 (58.97%)

Total performance

Similar to Share Performance, but shows Total Entry Cost and Total Current Value.

Gain $ is the difference between Entry Cost and Current Value; Gain % is $ Gain divided by Entry Cost.

Greeks

Greeks view of an AAPL position with Delta, Gamma, Theta, and Vega columns
Delta: the option price’s rate of change in relation to the underlying asset price. Gamma: measures how Delta will change when the underlying moves. Theta: the rate at which Time Value is lost. Vega: price sensitivity to implied volatility change in the underlying.
